Bee farm

The creation of the Dianiška Bee Farm represents a project in which they set themselves the goal of making the most of the potential of the beautiful environment of the Muránska Planina National Park. Historically, every farm here had straw hives full of bees, where each farming family produced the natural elixir known as honey. However, with the abandonment of these farms, the traditions and with them beekeeping fell into oblivion.

The aim is to restore these lost traditions and bring back life to bees in these high mountain areas. At the Dianiška farm you can discover vast meadows full of medicinal herbs, crystal clear water and living fir forests. And only in such a unique natural oasis can pure and authentic honey with the scent of the forest and mountain meadows be created, prepared especially for you. Enjoy the unique honey brought to you from the heart of this beautiful mountain region.

Agrofarm

Agrofarma Dianiška was founded in 1998, but its roots go deep into family tradition. It is located in the picturesque town of Tisovec, surrounded by the Slovak countryside. The farm focuses primarily on sheep breeding in the wild nature of the Muránska Planina National Park. In this untouched environment, flocks of sheep graze on steep slopes rich in green grass and medicinal herbs. Their main product is sheep's milk, which they lovingly process by hand according to the traditional methods of our ancestors. They preserve this valuable tradition, which is gradually disappearing from our customs, and create health-promoting products that provide enrichment for both body and mind. With respect for our roots and traditions, they create unique products with love for you.
