Sviniarky Adventure Trail

Description

The adventure trail will take you along a forest path from Predná Hora to the picturesque village of Muránska Huta through the meadows of Sviniarky. The magnificent view of the Stolické vrchy Mountains, which you will have the opportunity to discover along the way, will enchant you in every season. 

Along the nature trail route you will find various thematically focused information panels that will bring you closer to the magic of life in nature. You can see unoccupied bee frames, a “mega insect” house, or discover traces of animals from the Muránska plain. You can immortalize the memory of a walk along the trail at a panoramic photo point with a view of Zdychavské lazy or at a pleasant picnic spot - a semicircular seating area with a view of the Osiská and Košariská meadows. 

The educational trail is an easy walk along a forest path, suitable for families with children and the elderly. These modern elements set in the nature of the Muránska Planina are a guarantee of active relaxation in the fresh air. 

Practical information

The adventure trail is easy and suitable for families with children. It is accessible throughout the year (in the winter months, when there is more snow cover, we recommend winter snowshoes).
