Predná Hora Brewery

Description

The Predná Hora Brewery is a small family brewery with an annual capacity of up to 1000 hl of beer, located in the family-run Wellness Pension Predná Hora. Their priority is quality, not quantity, and therefore they carefully select first-class raw materials, including barley and wheat malt, hops and yeast. For them, beer production is primarily a family hobby and only then a business.

Currently, the brewery brews 4 types of beer specialties, such as Ipa 13°, Materiná dúška 14°, Biscuit 12°, Pšeničné 11.5°. In an effort to constantly bring new experiences from drinking beer, they are expanding the offer with new types. A unique element is also the private beer specialty Predná Hora, a craft beer that is brewed in another craft brewery to order. It is a bottom-fermented Pilsner-type beer that impresses with its perfect balance of bitterness and smoothness. The composition includes only water, barley malt and hops, without any artificial additives or so-called "hop products".
