Castle wellness
Tepidarium
A relaxing space, which is mostly used for final relaxation after procedures. It is a relaxation room suitable also for people with cardiovascular problems.
Kneipp bath
Alternating heating and cooling of the feet with water dilates the blood vessels and improves blood circulation.
Shower
A shower, also called Vital Rain, serves to increase blood flow to the skin, thereby stimulating blood circulation. A shower can invigorate and give a person new energy. It can put you in a pleasant mood and relieve pain.
Infrared sauna
An infrared sauna only emits health-promoting solar radiation and, conversely, eliminates negative radiation. An infrared sauna heats the body to a greater depth than a classic sauna and induces a whole range of healing and health-enhancing processes.
Steam sauna
The effects of a steam sauna include primarily the relaxation of the musculoskeletal system muscles, followed by overall relaxation. Hot steam is a reliable healer.
Indoor and outdoor whirlpool
Hydromassage pools serve for overall relaxation and regeneration of the body, blood circulation of tissues and skin. Hydromassage relaxes muscles and flushes out lactic acid, especially after physical exertion.
Salt steam sauna
It is a sweating procedure in a space saturated with salt. In a salt steam sauna (also called a salt grotto in some places), the air humidity is very high and the temperature is lower than in a Finnish sauna.

Herbal inhalation
A mild dry sauna with a temperature of 47-55 °C and a relative humidity of 75-80%. The environment is saturated with the scents of herbs with a large selection of natural aromas.
Mountain sauna
This is a classic dry sauna with a humidity of 55-60% at a temperature of around 100 °C.
Cooling pool
It is a popular means of shock cooling the body surface. The water temperature is approximately 15 °C.
Whirlpool
It provides guests with pleasant water massages, saturated with air. The water temperature ranges from 34-36 °C.
Menthol inhalation
It is a steam sweat room with a temperature of 45-55 °C at 100% relative humidity. The natural menthol essence has a beneficial effect on the upper respiratory tract.
