In the beautiful surroundings of the Muránska Planina National Park in the Zbojská pass, the small restaurant Zbojnícky dvor Salaš Zbojská welcomes you. Here you will find a pleasant environment with delicious traditional dishes and lamb specialties, which will be enhanced by staff in traditional costumes, local folk music and cute animals.

Be sure to try honest home-cooked meals and specialties such as Jakub Surovec's Speciality (cabbage dumplings with bacon and roasted lamb), lamb shashlik with onion and paprika, lamb shank on root vegetables with mashed potatoes, mutton perkelt, knee, robber's secret (pork skewer with bacon, potatoes and onion), as well as traditional bryndza dumplings and fried oštiepok, which are prepared at the farm. We recommend to try lamb, it is very tasty and, above all, healthy.

Sale of homemade products

At Zbojnícký dvor there is a cheese factory where they produce sheep cheese products and 100% sheep bryndza. During your stay at the cheese factory, we will be happy to teach you this craft. You will experience a real mountain hut with the scent of a Wallachian cradle with the shepherd, where you can see milk churning, the production of oštiepky and the boiling of žinčica in a copper kettle and a demonstration of sheep milking.

In addition to cheese products, the menu also includes meat products such as bacon, šoudra (home-made smoked ham), sausages, cracklings and other delicacies.
